Tips I follow to get a New Job /Project

1. Upload your resume in Naukri, Monster, Times Jobs,  .... and Update daily, don't forget to update till  the day you join Job.

2. Select All locations as preferred locations, So that you can attend so many interviews, if you get offer then you can decide whether you have to join or not.

3. Ask for telephonic round if possible so that you can save time.

4.  You never can understand how to convince the interviewer with your answers, Try to explain by giving one real time example.

5. Sometimes you feel that you have given best answer, but have to confirm. After coming back from interview, note all questions google for exact answers and compare with the answers which you have given and update yourself. You should able to answer next time.

6. Getting a Job is not like writing exams with proper syllabus. Every Subject / technology is an Ocean.  Interviews are basically depends on projects which we are going to work. Again A project is combination of Different Skills,   so you can’t expect in which Skill they are expecting you. If you seriously trying for change don’t take rest till the day you join.

7.  Interview questions are just to brush-up your skills before going to an interview. Go though each topic in your technology in detail.

8. Every technology is an Ocean, in that every skill is again another ocean even though you learn till end today, tomorrow you can find some new features. Learning is never ending Process.

9. If you don’t know the answer/ not sure, accept it nicely by sorry.

 10. Don't stop this process, even though you performed well and you have strong belief that you will get offer till the day you join.

In my view getting a job is 2 months process,

Try to follow as I follow, you will get a good offer within 2 months.

Opportunities never comes to you, have to make yourself ready to get Opportunities.
